Returns & Exchanges

At Bethliz Boutique, we take pride in offering high-quality activewear designed for confidence and comfort.

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

However, we are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange.

Please note:
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged
• Requests for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery
• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions
